Job Description:

The duties of the Sales Trainer are to plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training and re-training programs for the sales members. The training components will be geared toward new hires, existing sales staff and sales professionals through one-on-one assistance. Job Responsibilities 1. Prepare new Sales Executives by conducting extensive training on our services & sales processes. 2. Developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance, scheduling orientation and development to independent sales executives. 3. Determine training needs by listening to sales representatives calls, observing sales encounters, studying sales-results reports; conferring with sales managers. 4. Develop individual daily targets and daily results by setting the daily work-practices, work-policies and conducting training tests to achieve improvement for the sales members. 5. Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available to trainees, integrating support with routine job functions of sales representatives. 6. Upgrade job knowledge of sales executives by make them participate in educational-fun-programs, maintaining positive work-culture and progressive work-atmosphere at all platforms of our organizations. 7. Contribute through people development in achieving periodical sales goals and the success of the sales team. Desired Candidate Profile Education- Any Graduate 1. Demonstrated great passion in learning and development in a sales environment. 2. Well developed communication skills; both oral and written 3. Ability to guide, gain trust and positively influence trainees 4. High level interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels 5. Adheres to core values and establish them at all times with a great level of patience 6. Ability to contribute into the sales plans through team coaching and team development 7. Functional IT skills Required Skills and Experience 1. Sound learning and training skills 2. Minimum 2 years experience in sales training
