Job Description Recruitment 1. Plan and implement recruiting strategy 2. Develop and update job descriptions and observe required job specifications 3. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals / newspapers / social platforms / hostels etc 4. Source and attract candidates by using recruitment agencies, social media, head-hunting etc. 5. Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates of right-fit within schedule 6. Prepare documents of new appointments in accordance with the approved specimens Induction 1. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Retention 1. Manage all the aspects of reward and recognition. 2. Handle the employee development through periodic reviews, mentoring, counseling & feedback. 3. Manage Group Medical and Life Insurance Policies, the respective renewals and claims, if any. 4. Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts. Creative Cell 1. To plan, design and conduct creative programmes to motivate the employees. 2. Co-ordinate and execute programmes in an effective manner at the same time at multiple locations. MIS 1. Maintain records and reports concerning personnel-related data such as recruitment status, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. Any assignments or responsibilities in the area of Human Resources Department are required to be undertaken by you as the situation arises.
